Well, my friend Jen asked me to take some shots with my camera and my new toys since she has the same camera (Sony DSC-V3) and how could I say no to playing with my camera…that would be a sin:-). So, Bryan and I headed down to the beach to eat lunch today and I snapped some pictures while there.

I recently purchased a Sony HVL-F32X Flash, an Opteka 2.2x telephoto lens, an Opteka 0.45x wide angle lens and a set of Opteka HD filters (uv, polarizing and fluorescent). I didn’t bother doing compare pics on the flash, since I know Jen already has that toy nd I haven’t yet done any with the fluorescent filter either. But, here are the others…please don’t mind the crappy wide angle shot, I still don’t have my settings for that lens fully ironed out.

  1. Way too cool!! I have the wide and telephoto lenes by Sony and I have that same flash but now I WANT the filters, especially the polarizing one — it really makes the colors vivid!!
