Totally amazing! I guess with the military it is about who you know…LOL!

We have SEVERAL open work orders for repairs on our house, many dating back to *at least* January. Most are minor but one, our deck is a major safety hazard. Nails are coming up, boards are rotting and the handrails are splitting and splintering. Nothing was gettign fixed and we were constantly getting excuse after excuse as to why. It’s not like we expected the things to be fixed the day we called them in but within their own 30 day self imposed limit would be nice. Finally Bryan contacted a lady in CE about it last Thursday and wouldn’t you know it, every single issue is being fixed today as I speak.

Definitely keeping her number handy!!
