Garlic Broccoli- by my sweet ayi Step 1: Boil a pot of water. Add 1-2 heads of broccoli that you’ve already washed and cut into bite size florets. Leave it there for 1 minute, boiling, and then dump broccoli into a strainer. Set aside. Step 2: Mix together in a bowl: 1 tsp chicken bouillion granules, 1 tsp veg oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, pinch each of sugar, salt, sesame oil. Add broccoli, toss. Step 3: Heat wok to medium-high to high heat with about 1T oil in it. Wait until the wok is nice and hot. Add broccoli mix. Stir fry very fast on very high heat for about 1-2 minutes. Add an additional tsp of sesame oil at the end. Serve. Salivate. Enjoy.
